PORZIG REALTY'S TOP PRODUCER 2004
Personal Bio:
I was born and raised in central Massachusetts. In 1983, I moved to Florida and now live in Lake Mary with my husband of 34 years. Our two sons are married and have families of their own. We are now proud grandparents of five grandchildren.
I started my career in real estate by specializing in new home sales. During that time, I received an award for being a top producer. I can take care of all your needs including selling your home as well as finding the perfect home for you to buy, be it new construction or a re-sale. I can also handle all your leasing and property management needs.
I promise to serve you with honesty and integrity. I will work hard to earn your trust and to demonstrate that I am the best agent you could have. I will not just list your home and expect other Realtors to do the job of selling it. Having recently sold and bought a new home, I know how stressful this process can be. I promise to strive to make one of your most important decisions an enjoyable and stress-free experience.
We believe that for this firm to be successful, we must set out our philosophy of doing business as clearly as possible. These things, above all else, are important to us:
Integrity
No other single attribute of a person or a business can have such an impact on success or failure. We believe that every action must be taken with truth and honesty, and if we must ask ourselves whether it is all right to do something, it probably is not. There must be honesty in every action, truth in every word. We expect honesty from our employees and our sales staff.
Service
Our clients and customers have a right to expect outstanding service. We are paid not for our time, but for our service. If we expect to be well paid, we must provide the highest level of service available.
Hard Work
No organization can grow and prosper unless each member of the team puts forth the maximum effort. Often, we fell a tendency to "let down" and to do less than our best. We expect hard work from our employees and our sales staff.
Professional Competence
We never should undertake an assignment for a client or customer unless we have the training and experience to do the job. We believe in continuing education, for only by learning better ways to provide service can we enhance our reputation. We expect our employees and sales staff to continue learning.
Cooperation
An organization can be great when all members work together for a common purpose. It can be only mediocre when some row in different directions. Once the firm's goals are set, all members of the firm should work together to achieve those goals. Helping one another when possible, going out of our way to cooperate with each other, will bring harmony and wealth. We expect cooperation from our employees and sales staff.
Accountability
Sometimes event the most competent professionals make mistakes. We understand this fact. Our clients and customers must be happy with their transactions, or we shall not get repeat business. If we make a mistake, we must be willing to stand accountable and to make it right with the customer. We expect our sales staff to be accountable for mistakes if a client is damaged.
Professional Ethics
The code of ethics of the National Association of Realtors is a guide for our daily business operations. The laws of this state are clear as to our obligations to our clients and customers. Our employees and sales staff must observe the law and abide by the code of ethics.
This is our Business Philosophy. These things, above all else, are important to us. We shall not vary from these principles under any circumstances. We expect that of you.
